Frequently asked questions
Should I sign up to Pryorify?
If you regularly receive cold professional approaches, yes. It is free, you keep your own address private, set your own price and share your Pryorify link with anyone who wants your attention. If nobody uses it you have lost nothing.
Who is Pryorify for?
People who receive a lot of unsolicited professional contact: executives, founders, investors, recruiters, agents, journalists, consultants and public figures. Senders use it to put one serious enquiry in front of the named person they need.
Who is Pryorify not for?
People who rarely receive cold outreach, and anyone looking for a side income. It is not an expert marketplace or a consulting platform, and it does not replace a company's own enquiry channels.
Is it free to sign up to Pryorify?
Yes. Creating a Contact profile is free. There is no subscription, no listing fee and no charge for having a profile. Pryorify only earns when an enquiry is completed.
When is a sender charged?
When you send an enquiry, the price is held on your card, not taken. Nothing is charged unless the Contact sends a reply that passes screening within 72 hours. After that reply arrives you have 48 hours to tell us it fell short. Only then is the payment taken, and from that point it is non-refundable.
What happens if the Contact ignores the enquiry?
If no reply that passes screening arrives within 72 hours, the hold is released in full and you pay nothing. Contacts are always free to ignore an enquiry.
What counts as an adequate reply?
A real answer from the person: a considered response, a clear no with a reason, or a pointer to the right person. Brush offs, holding replies, pleasantries and automatic messages are turned back before they reach you, and turned back replies are never charged.
What if the reply is meaningless?
Every paid reply is screened automatically before it is delivered. If one still falls short, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it. The Pryorify team reviews it against the published meaningful response standard, and if it fails, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
What does the payment buy?
It buys a considered reply from the named person. It does not buy a meeting, a deal, an introduction or any particular outcome. The answer may well be no.
What are the fees?
The price shown is the total Pryorify authorises and may charge. Nothing is added by Pryorify. On a completed enquiry, Pryorify keeps 10% as its only income and the Contact receives 90%. For example, on a £50 enquiry the Contact receives £45 and Pryorify keeps £5. A sender's own bank may separately impose a foreign-card or currency charge; Pryorify neither controls nor receives it.
How is my payment protected?
Payments are processed by Stripe through Posh Tonic Ltd's official account. Pryorify never sees or stores card details. Money is held, not taken, until a qualifying reply has been delivered and the 48 hour window has passed.
How are Contacts verified?
In stages: a completed profile, a confirmed work email that is never shown or used for contact, and identity verification with the name matched to the profile. Badges on each profile show which stages are complete, and higher stages unlock higher prices. Signing up as somebody else is fraud and leads to immediate removal.
Who runs Pryorify?
Pryorify is run by Posh Tonic Ltd, a United Kingdom company. It launched in September 2026.
