Terms of use
Version 2026-01
Who we are
Pryorify is an initiative of Posh Tonic. Payments are taken and paid out through Posh Tonic's official payment account. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Signing up as someone else is fraud
You may only create an account, a profile or a listing for yourself. Creating one in another person's name, claiming a job or an employer that is not yours, or using someone else's identity documents is fraud.
If we find it, the account is removed immediately and permanently, every payment held on it is stopped and refunded, and we report the matter to the police or other relevant authorities in the local jurisdiction, along with the records we hold. There is no warning and no second chance.
If someone has used your name, tell us straight away through the help page and we will take the listing down while we look into it.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your password to yourself. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you. Your email address is never shown to other people on the site.
Verification and what you may charge
Verification has three stages, and each one raises the most you may charge for a single enquiry.
- Green: email confirmed and profile complete. Up to £10 per enquiry.
- Blue: work email confirmed. Up to £250 per enquiry.
- Purple: identity confirmed against your profile name. No limit.
A work email is used only to confirm where you work. It is never shown on your profile and nobody can contact you on it. We may pause a badge, ask for more information, or remove a listing if what we are told does not add up.
Enquiries and payment
A sender pays to have an enquiry considered, not to buy a particular answer. The payment is held when the enquiry is sent. If the recipient replies substantively within their stated window, the payment is taken and their share is paid out. A reasoned no counts as a reply. If nobody replies in time, the hold is released and nothing is charged.
Pryorify keeps a commission on completed enquiries. The rest goes to the recipient, or to the charity they nominate.
How to behave here
No spam, no bulk automated sending, no harassment, no scraping, no reselling contact details, and nothing unlawful. Do not use the site to send anything you would not put your own name to.
Ending your use of the site
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Payments already held are settled or released according to the rules above.
Liability
We provide the platform, not the advice, the deal or the outcome. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms we will publish a new version here and ask you to accept it. For anything else, use the help page. See also our privacy notice and cookie notice.
