What is a meaningful response
Senders pay for one thing: a real answer from a real person. Every paid reply is checked against the same standard before it is delivered and before any money moves.
How screening works
- 1. The sender writes a structured enquiry and it is screened before their card is held.
- 2. You receive it by email and in your messages, with a deadline.
- 3. Your reply is checked against the standard below. If it passes, it is delivered and your payment is set in motion. If it does not, nothing is delivered, nothing is charged, and you can reply again until the deadline.
- 4. The sender has 48 hours to tell us the reply fell short, then payment is taken.
What passes
A real answer
We moved that budget in house last year, so we are not buying it externally. If that changes it will be in the next planning round, around March.
A clear no with a reason
Not for us. We only work with suppliers already on the framework, and applications open once a year in September.
A pointer to the right person
Wrong desk. Priya Anand runs this and is happy to be approached directly at priya@example.com.
An open door with details
Interested in the logistics side only. Send the deck to my direct address, j.okafor@example.com, and copy my assistant.
What is turned back
The brush off
Thanks, noted.
The holding reply
Interesting. I will come back to you on this.
Pleasantries only
Great to hear from you, hope you are well.
An automatic message
I am out of the office until the 14th.
One reply, then take it private
Pryorify opens the door, it is not the room. There is no back and forth here and no file uploads. If there is any interest, say so in your reply and include the contact details you want the sender to use, so the conversation carries on directly between you.
