It raises awareness of the physical and psychological harm captivity can cause, and campaigns for animals to be treated with dignity and compassion.\n\nWhere a safe and suitable path exists, the charity supports the rescue and relocation of captive wild animals to accredited sanctuaries. Its work puts each animal's welfare first and seeks lasting alternatives to a life confined for entertainment.
