What counts as a considered reply
A substantive answer to the question asked. A reasoned no counts, because telling someone clearly that you are not the right person, or that the answer is no, is genuinely useful. A single line brush off does not, and a sender can raise that with us.

It is not paid survey work, and it is not a side income scheme built on volume. Most people receive a small number of enquiries, because that is the point of putting a price on access.
